Publication Policy
The Journal of Scientific Culture and Research follows a fully open-access publishing model, allowing all published articles to be freely accessed, read, downloaded, and shared by researchers, practitioners, and the general public without any subscription fees.
To support the editorial and publication process, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹2,500 (Indian Rupees) per manuscript is payable only after the paper has successfully completed peer review and received final acceptance for publication. This fee contributes toward the costs of editorial handling, peer-review coordination, manuscript formatting, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, digital preservation, and journal administration.
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the corresponding author will receive an official invoice along with payment instructions from the journal. Authors are requested to make payments only through the authorized channels communicated by the journal. The Journal of Scientific Research does not appoint external agencies or intermediaries for the collection of publication fees.
Where applicable, taxes and statutory charges may be added in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that are carefully prepared, written in clear academic English, and accompanied by high-quality figures, tables, and references. Manuscripts that require substantial language editing or formatting corrections may experience delays during the production process. To facilitate timely publication, authors should ensure that all reviewer and editorial recommendations are adequately addressed before final submission.
The Journal of Scientific Culture and Research is dedicated to promoting the dissemination of quality scholarly research while maintaining affordable publication costs. Authors experiencing financial constraints may contact the editorial office to discuss the possibility of a partial fee waiver or special consideration, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Board.
