Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

The Journal of Scientific Culture and Research (JOSCR), operated by Nikhil Bhardwaj, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Article Processing Charge (APC). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
2. Email us at refund@joscr.com with your Paddle transaction ID and the manuscript ID, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

When publication has already occurred

If a manuscript has already been typeset, assigned a DOI, and published online before the refund request, a refund may still be issued within the 30-day window, but the published version of record will be retracted with a public notice in accordance with COPE retraction guidelines.
